What prices do I charge for my Keepsake Products?
Although we will provide you with RRP’s, you are completely free to set your own prices. Each geographic area is different; therefore Business Operators in one area of the Country may set their prices higher than others. You therefore have complete flexibility over your pricing structure.
Who gets my Marketing Materials printed up?
If you are a Club Member you will have privileged access to our optional Print ‘n’ Go Marketing Service, where you will be granted the license to choose from and utilise the artwork within our collection of beautifully designed Marketing and Business Stationery Templates.
Simply select the design of your choice and we will custom-edit the designs to feature your own logo, branding, colour scheme and contact details FREE of charge! No design or amendment fees – simply pay for the print quantities you require!
Artwork includes: Leaflets, Postcards, Posters, Banners, Price Lists, Headed Paper, Compliment Slips, Business Cards.
Important Note: This FREE service does not include logo design, however this is available as an optional extra.
We have several Click & Go website options to choose from, which includes both a Takeaway Option, where you can create your own website for just £30 or we can help create and populate your website for you. Each website provides a log-in to our user-friendly content management system, making it easy for you to update your website whenever you want from any web connected PC!
Exclusive to Club Members! We offer a 15% discount to Club Members on the Set-up fees of any of our Click & Go Websites.
Alternatively, if you already have your own website or prefer to get something created independently, that’s fine too!
Am I free Join your Business Club, but to operate my Business independently, under my own name?
Absolutely! All of our Club Members are operating Businesses independently! So by joining us, you will be setting up your own business, with your own unique branding and trading name. You will be self employed, with no franchise fees, targets or sales royalties! You will therefore be completely free to market and run your own business as you see fit. However, you will be working within the security of our support-network – so there is always someone there to encourage you and help your business to grow! Although Club Membership is not compulsory – there are many benefits – so it pays to sign-up!
Will I need any specialist equipment to start my Business?
Yes! However, the equipment you will require will be dependent upon which Training Courses you attend and therefore which products you wish to offer your Customers. You will not require a kiln for producing 3D Casts or Stone Impressions, however this will be essential if you wish to offer any of the Silver Jewellery or Ceramic Keepsakes.

Do I have to purchase my Starter Kits before I come on the Course?
No, this is entirely up to you. However, if you wish to get started straight away then we would recommend it! Although we do keep all of the various raw materials in stock, there can often be a 3 week delivery-lead time on many of the kilns, as these are often made to order. Any delay in ordering your starter-kit could therefore delay the delivery of your kiln.
Do I have to purchase my raw materials through you?
No! You are entirely free to source your own materials. However, as a Business Club Member, you will be provided with full access to our on-line ordering system, which provides many benefits in terms of cost-saving and convenience. We provide a one-stop solution to your raw material requirements – saving you the time and expense of dealing with multiple suppliers.

What should I bring with me to the training course and what should I wear?
We suggest you wear comfortable clothes, such as jeans that you don’t mind getting a little messy. Although we provide a downloadable Training Manual based on each course/technique, most delegates find it useful to make their own notes too. So we suggest you bring a pen and paper!

Simply select the Training Courses that interest you most, then assuming you wish to benefit from our Club Services, including FREE Support, FREE Advertising and access to our Pring & Go and Click & Go Marketing Services - don’t forget to sign-up! You will then receive an automated e-mail confirming your booking. This will be followed by a welcome email, usually within 48 hours, providing you with further information and instructions, including Course Agenda, Directions, Hotel Information, along with a log-in to to order your starter-kits.
