Training Cancellation Policy
Places on Keepsake Consultancy Courses are limited. Therefore we operate a cancellation policy regarding refund or transfer of course fees.
Once you have received confirmation of your place on a training course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation within 7 days of receiving your booking. In this case our cancellation policy is as follows:
For bookings cancelled not less than 14 business days in advance of the course, 70 per cent of course fees paid will be refunded. Alternatively, the customer will be entitled to a course-credit, where they will be able to transfer their booking to another course, within 3 months of the original course date.
For bookings cancelled not less than 7 business days in advance of the course, no refund will be made. However, the customer will be entitled to a course-credit, where they will be able to transfer their booking to another course, within 3 months of the original course date.
For bookings cancelled less than 7 business days in advance of the course, no refund or course-credit is entitled.
No refund will be made for non-attendance on the course.
If a Training Course is cancelled by The Keepsake Consultancy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to a full course-credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original course. If The Keepsake Consultancy cancels a Training Course for any other reason, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. The Keepsake Consultancy shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
